The client needed to research the current state of the content industry in Japan, in order to decide whether to enter the market. However, the client had no staff fluent in Japanese, which made gathering extensive information a challenge.


Based on consultations with the client, we provided case studies on similar companies entering the Japanese market, research on market share and strengths of competing companies, and related media articles. We supplied detailed numbers and charts, and provided all materials in English.
